“The One” is the brand new, catchy summer single from Australian singer/songwriter, Hayley Jensen.

Produced by CMAA Golden Guitar and ARIA Award winning producer, Matt Fell, “The One” was co-written by Hayley with Jay Collie and Jasper Somerville-Collie (Jonah’s Road, David Campbell, Aleyce Simmonds).

Hayley is no stranger to music fans having reached fourth place on Australian Idol then a decade later reaching the Battle Rounds on The Voice in 2014 as part of Team Kylie. She is also a MusicOz award winner and a category finalist in the Commercial Radio Industry’s NA2R competition.

While Hayley has always dabbled in a variety of genres, having been born in country Victoria and raised in regional NSW, she has felt a strong calling back to her roots. “I am a storyteller. Sure, it’s fun to sing pop songs – just ask Taylor – but my passion will always be in country music. That’s where I feel at home”, says Hayley.

2016 is set to be a another big year for Hayley Jensen. She was recently named a finalist for Toyota Star Maker where she will compete with the hottest new talent in country music for the title which has been previously won by Keith Urban, James Blundell, Lee Kernaghan and Beccy Cole among many.
