This is a boutique artist development coaching service offered to high-potential vocalists and artists who are interested in pursuing their passion more seriously in the music and entertainment industry.
If accepted into an artist development program, Hayley will share her experience, knowledge and connections to take your passion to the next level, with a focus on three key areas:

Vocal & Performance – proper vocal technique and captivating performances

Artist & Repertoire – your unique identity, songs and songwriting, recording process

The Music Industry – the business and strategy side of the music industry
In these focused one-on-one coaching sessions, we will address proper vocal technique and break any bad habits that may have formed, as well as exploring the performance and expression aspect of singing, and using your whole body to tell the story of the song.
Where possible (e.g. location), there may be opportunities for you to perform live, write original songs, and even record. You can also enjoy guidance and assistance when preparing for upcoming auditions, competitions and productions, and learn more about the entertainment industry.
Where relevant, artists will be introduced to key industry professionals, with the ultimate aim of helping you to reach the next level, whatever that may be for you.
Depending where you are at in your journey, this could mean getting you into the studio to record your own songs or connect you with professionals who will produce your own music video.
Hayley is also busy working on her own career, and as such, this coaching experience is only available to a very limited number of artists and only to those who are serious about taking their passion to the next level.
If you are accepted into this program, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with Hayley, as well as other well known Australian and International music industry professionals to provide you with personal mentoring and guidance.

Artist Development Coaching is not for everyone and is unlike anything on the market to day. Hayley will be your vocal coach, artist development coach and help provide music industry knowledge and connections, all in one. It is a bespoke and tailored service and is priced as such.
The cost of coaching will depend on the level of consultation desired and level of assistance required, for example, some artists may simply like a monthly touch point with Hayley to discuss their plans and next steps, others may desire a more concentrated level of coaching and professional assistance.

Note: Price quoted at the time of enquiry are for Hayley’s coaching only, additional costs will apply where the artist choses to engage third parties e.g. professional recording, music video production, publicity services. These will be discussed as required and there is no requirement to commit to any additional costs.

Unless expressly discussed and agreed upon, Artist Development Coaching does not include the following services:
- Artist Management
- Record Label Services
- Music Distribution Services
- Agency Services
- Publicity or Promotional Services
However, I am connected to trusted professionals in these fields and we will discuss engaging their services, advice or support to assist you when you are ready.
